The Confederacy of Independent Systems Munificent-class star frigate Force of Commercewas over Mid-Childa. Whenever he does something wrong or lets other droids do wrong, OOM-1 will not take responsibility and let either Hayate take the fall or not tell Grievous at all and lie to him. This is one of the reasons why he dislikes Lieutenant Colonel Hayate Yagami and they get into with him taking command of Long Arch. However, OOM-1 is very irresponsible when Grievous dies and won't stand up for his own actions. However, he won't hesitate to get angry when his heroic leader, Grievous, is hurt.
OOM-1 is the opposite of his sister, OOM-1 Monica.
